The Fernwood Building |

Mark Stettler was the Project Manager for the design of a three story, 28,000 SF professional office building in a highly visible, urban location. An abandoned one story nightclub stood as an eyesore to the city residents for nearly a decade. Mr. Stettler led his team and created the new three story Fernwood Building. The exterior of the building was designed to respond to the architectural context of the neighborhood that pre-existed the nightclub. The team also planned the building’s interior layout and mechanical and electrical systems in a way that allowed for optimal flexibility for the needs of a variety of potential incoming tenants. Several of the incoming tenants invited Mr. Stettler and his team to design their offices and workspaces.
