Mark Stettler was the Project Manager & Architectural Designer for the renovation of an institutional kitchen in the Rosary Manor Home. He performed interviews and facility programming to develop a renovation plan that improved the efficiency of the existing kitchen and pantry areas. The plan included installation of new food service equipment and additional custom storage cabinetry. This plan allowed Rosary Manor to abandon their original plan of constructing a complex building addition, saving the Home approximately Thirty-Thousand Dollars.
