Mr. Stettler has more than fifteen years of experience in the programming, architectural design, and
construction contract administration of a variety of building types including
commercial office and retail space, manufacturing and maintenance facilities,
and warehouse/distribution facilities. He is also
experienced in institutional, religious, education, and medium scale residential/housing
design. He has been an integral part of the
design team of many projects from the conceptual design and feasibility stage
through project closeout for clients in both the public and private sectors.
Mr. Stettler’s
participation in the design of food processing and pharmaceutical facilities has
contributed to his knowledge of building requirements necessary for compliance
with federal guidelines for GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice), GLP (Good
Laboratory Practice), and HACCP (Hazard Analysis of Critical Control Points). His experience on projects for the U.S. Army Corp of Engineers, the General
Services Administration, United States Air Force, the Air National Guard of
Vermont, New Hampshire, & Massachusetts, and The Commonwealth of
Massachusetts, and many other public agencies has given him experience in
facility security, as well as knowledge of project delivery for public bidding.
Mr. Stettler has broad knowledge of the application
of computers and information technologies in the development and management of
projects, and the use of software for scheduling, cost estimating and preparing
specifications. He has experience with many software titles including AutoCAD
R1.4 through Architectural Desktop 2004, EDS civil/survey, Benchmark
civil/survey, Microsoft Office, Microsoft Project, and Primavera Sure-Trak
project management software. He has been instrumental in developing
Computer Aided Design and Drafting (CAD/D) standards governing methodology and graphic conventions for the production of
contract documents for two past employers.
As a licensed, NCARB certified
architect, Mr. Stettler has met the rigorous standards established by those U.S.
registration boards that are responsible for protecting the public health,
safety, and welfare.
