Highlights of Experience

Mr. Stettler has more than fifteen years of experience in the programming, architectural design, and construction contract administration of a variety of building types including commercial office and retail space, manufacturing and maintenance facilities, and warehouse/distribution facilities.  He is also experienced in institutional, religious, education, and medium scale residential/housing design.  He has been an integral part of the design team of many projects from the conceptual design and feasibility stage through project closeout for clients in both the public and private sectors.

Mr. Stettler’s participation in the design of food processing and pharmaceutical facilities has contributed to his knowledge of building requirements necessary for compliance with federal guidelines for GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice), GLP (Good Laboratory Practice), and HACCP (Hazard Analysis of Critical Control Points).   His experience on projects for the U.S. Army Corp of Engineers, the General Services Administration, United States Air Force, the Air National Guard of Vermont, New Hampshire, & Massachusetts, and The Commonwealth of Massachusetts, and many other public agencies has given him experience in facility security, as well as knowledge of project delivery for public bidding.

Mr. Stettler has broad knowledge of the application of computers and information technologies in the development and management of projects, and the use of software for scheduling, cost estimating and preparing specifications.  He has experience with many software titles including AutoCAD R1.4 through Architectural Desktop 2004, EDS civil/survey, Benchmark civil/survey, Microsoft Office, Microsoft Project, and Primavera Sure-Trak project management software.  He has been instrumental in developing Computer Aided Design and Drafting (CAD/D) standards governing methodology and graphic conventions for the production of contract documents for two past employers.

As a licensed, NCARB certified architect, Mr. Stettler has met the rigorous standards established by those U.S. registration boards that are responsible for protecting the public health, safety, and welfare.
