Mr. Stettler has more than twenty three years of experience in manufacturing engineering and materials handling for individual plans and at the corporate level. He has analyzed labor and capacity levels, conducted method and process flow studies, and developed plant and departmental layouts for the U.S. and Canadian facilities of a major supplier to the automotive industry. He has conducted projects such as supplier consolidation and cost reduction, and determination of incoming and finished goods packaging requirements and the effects on productivity. In the customer service arena, Mr. Stettler performed as on-site representative for a major furniture manufacturer serving as liaison between fabrication factory, the client, and the materials installer to control and manage product delivery. For a metals fabrication plant, Mr. Stettler developed plant and departmental workflow layouts. He has also researched, designed, and cost justified packaging materials and methods, preparing actual cost versus marketing cost comparisons.
